"Yvonne is the absolute best! We moved out of state several years ago and contacted Yvonne about selling our condo. Unfortunately, at that time, we wouldn’t have been able to sell our unit without taking a substantial loss. Yvonne provided us with a ton of resources and comps to help us compare renting vs. selling. Yvonne kept in touch with us over the years, giving us updates as to the market, comparable units sold, etc. Yvonne suggested we wait until our renters moved out; she informed us that a vacant unit would be much easier to sell. FINALLY— Spring, 2022! Our renters had moved and the market was such that we would make a profit selling our unit. Only bad thing? We were still 2000 miles away from Chicago!Yvonne was amazing every step of the way—from recommending painters and contractors to acting as a project manager, coordinating everything that is needed to get the unit ready to list.We received two competitive offers within one week of listing our condo!
